Student Eco Project Competition

The Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Parks & Wilderness Society (CPAWS) is delighted to introduce our first ever Student Eco Project Competition in April 2017!

We invite you to share this opportunity with your students in grades 9 to 12.

At CPAWS Manitoba, we know that the students of today are tomorrow’s stewards of the environment, so as we celebrate 25 years  of conservation success in Manitoba, we are offering the Student Eco Project Competition as one way of supporting the next generation of environmental leaders.

CPAWS Manitoba has been a champion of wilderness and parks in the province since 1991.  We work to ensure that nature has a voice on issues affecting parks and wilderness areas.  We work with governments, communities, industry and the public to identify opportunities for the conservation of the Boreal region. Our long term goal is to ensure the protection of at least 50% of the Boreal region to support future generations of people and wildlife.
