Water Caucus

Our Water Caucus brings together various environmental groups working on water to share information and resources, prioritize issues, and support positive actions for improved water stewardship. It includes water-related member groups of the Manitoba Eco-Network as its core, and actively seeks out and interacts with other environmental water groups around the province. A key function of the caucus is to encourage and facilitate broader ENGO and citizen involvement in water stewardship activities.

The water caucus, like the Manitoba Eco-Network, is a non-advocacy body but positions of advocacy can be taken by any member group of the caucus, and support for the position can be solicited from other caucus members. The water caucus does not speak on behalf of any organization.
