2008-06-17: Notice of Environment Act Proposal: A Proposal has been filed by Mr. Gerry Trudeau, on behalf of Building Products & Concrete Supply for the continued operation of a concrete batch plant. The facility will be located at locations throughout Manitoba and will produce concrete for use in construction projects. The facility will operate Monday to Saturday between sunrise and sunset, up to 15 hours per day.
Anyone likely to be affected by the above operation and who wishes to make a representation either for or against the proposal should contact the Department, in writing or by E-mail (ryan.coulter@gov.mb.ca) not later than JULY 18, 2008.
